Koheriant

Intelligence Infrastructure

Everything your company knows.
Connected. Delivered.

Your company’s knowledge is trapped in six, ten, twenty systems that don’t talk to each other. Koheriant connects them. When something happens in one, it reads the others, finds what no one assembled, and delivers the insight — before you knew to ask.

Not a dashboard. An answer.
Dashboards show you where to look. Koheriant tells you what you’d find.
Not one model. A debate.
Multiple models argue every output before you see it. You ship what survived.
Not our voice. Yours.
Every output sounds like your company wrote it. Voice Fidelity Score™ proves it.
Not our cloud. Yours.
Your data never leaves your environment. We read, deliver, and evict.
Not autonomous. Human-approved.
Nothing publishes, sends, or ships without a human saying yes.

How a Track runs.

Every Koheriant deployment is a Track — a configured intelligence pipeline tuned to a specific business function. Every Track follows the same five-stage flow. Here is what happens, step by step.

1
Trigger
Something happens in your client's business. A deal closes in Salesforce. A procurement threshold breaks in SAP. A scheduled tick runs at 6 PM. Koheriant is listening.
Triggers can be event-driven (webhooks from CRM, ERP, ticketing) or scheduled (daily audits, weekly sweeps). Both run simultaneously — the schedule catches what webhooks miss.
2
Read
Connectors fire against every relevant system of record. Salesforce for relationship data. SAP for operational facts. SharePoint for institutional documents. Snowflake for analytics. Every read is scoped, authenticated, and rate-aware.
A single Track call typically reads from 5–8 systems in under 10 seconds. Each connector normalizes to a shared schema. No data warehousing — reads are live, tenant-scoped, and retention-bound.
3
Converge
This is where the intelligence happens. The convergence layer assembles context from every connector read, identifies what is noteworthy, filters signal from noise, and builds a temporal event packet — the full picture, from all systems, at this moment.
Convergence is domain-configured: a Marketing Track weights pipeline velocity differently than an Operations Track weights ticket backlog. The rules are per-Track, defensible, and auditable.
4
Reason
A cabinet of rival models debates the converged signal. Not one model — multiple, each arguing a position. The system surfaces disagreements, fact-checks against public data, and scores confidence. You ship outputs that have already survived a debate.
The cabinet orchestrates across model providers. RAG augments with verified external context. Voice rendering matches the client’s tone and register. Every claim in the output traces to a source row in a system of record.
5
Deliver
The intelligence output arrives where your client works — Slack, email, a dashboard, their CMS. Formatted for the channel. Written in their voice. And it does not ship until a human reviews and approves it.
Every Track ends in a human-in-the-loop step. Every claim cites its source. The insight is retained; the source data is evicted. The dashboard shows the full record: what was recommended, what was accepted, what changed because of it.
How we think about trust
Every Track ends with a human.
Every claim cites its source.
We keep the insight. We don’t warehouse the data.

One architecture. Configured per domain.

The same five-stage flow runs across every industry. What changes is the connector mix, the convergence rules, and where the output lands.

Marketing
Turn deal flow into brand narrative — automatically.
Koheriant watches CRM deals as they close, recognizes patterns across the book, and publishes coordinated content in the firm’s voice — LinkedIn, white papers, LP updates. Every claim cited.
“Vista is back for deal three in twenty-four months. Here’s the narrative arc.”
Operations
Surface what the ticket backlog is actually telling you.
ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday read together. The convergence layer identifies procurement bottlenecks, HVAC cycle drift, and service patterns no single system can see alone.
“Three approval bottlenecks in routing logic. 90 min/week recoverable.”
Finance
Revenue intelligence that traces to the source row.
Bloomberg, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Snowflake converged. Revenue concentration, pipeline coverage gaps, and comp-set movement — cited and scored.
“Top 12 accounts = 74% of billings. Pipeline at 1.8x against 3x benchmark.”

You implement their systems.
Koheriant is the intelligence layer on top.

If you deploy CRM, ERP, or data infrastructure for enterprise clients, Koheriant is your next recurring product line.

You own the relationship.
Your client, your deployment, your margin. Koheriant is the infrastructure underneath. White-label ready.
Days to deploy, not months.
Connector framework is standardized. A new connector is days of engineering, not weeks. You scope the Track, we handle the chassis.
Recurring revenue, compounding value.
Every Track keeps a record of what it recommended, what was accepted, and what changed. The system gets smarter. The client gets stickier. Your revenue compounds.
